How is your service different from other flooring & stone services? A: Our service is specifically designed to service contractors and property management companies. Our goal in doing so is to offer the ability to select materials, obtain an accurate estimate, and schedule an installation date in the shortest time frame possible by bringing samples with us to be viewed as we measure and inspect the work site. Companies & individual homeowners will find in us a valuable resource for education about material selection and the installation process. |

What should I do before scheduling an appointment? A: We will best be able to serve you if you briefly review the following prior to our appointment with you. 1) Determine the level of traffic and the purpose of each area. 2) Review your general cosmetic objectives for each area. 3) Advise us of any specific materials you have seen and liked with as much information as possible (ie: brand, style etc.) |

Do you work with interior designers? A: Yes. We offer the individual interior designer our full range of material and installation services. The larger design firm generally already offers a broad selection of materials and has a significant labor resource. The resource we have that is most beneficial here is our custom tile & stone installation service. Contractors of this skill-level are not always easily found. |
